Features:Ready to use by brush or spray directly from container. Most effective on any siliceous surfaces, old or new. Inhibits dampness on walls due to capillary action. Self -cleaning reduces unsightly staining, unaffected by salt laden atmosphere. Reduces risk of efflorescence, lime erosion, rust staining, dirt collection, formation of mild dew, moss and lichen and frost spalling. Protects concrete from aggressive action of de icing salts. Preserves natural colour and texture of treated substrates. Allows surface to breathe good on cement paint. Environment friendly and non -flammable.

When mineral building materials come in contact with water, they absorb varying amounts of moisture, depending upon their porosity. This can result in damage to the buildings whose exterior walls like brickwork, concrete, cement rendering, natural cast stone, have been left unprotected.
