Application Area:
New flat or sloped concrete roof decks, podium slabs, basements, asbestos roof etc. where cracks on the surface are to be sealed and waterproofed.
Consumption/coverage:
1 kg/ m2 in two coats for 1 mm film thickness without non-woven polyester felt reinforcement 1.25-1.5 kg/ m2 in two coats for 1.20 mm film thickness when non-woven polyester felt is used as a reinforcement between two coats . The final coverage depends on the surface texture and porosity.

Description:
D018 DURABUILD SPRAY APPLIED ELASTOMERIC COATING is a high solids cold applied liquid membrane based on synthetic resin emulsion which cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a continuous high build film that is rubber-like and elastic. It can be brush or spray applied (with airless spray equipment) but it has a higher viscosity than a conventional paint and should not be diluted. It cures to a permanently flexible seamless membrane that, by virtue of its chemical reactivity in the wet state, has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates. It is water based with low VOC’s that is sustainable for years as a waterproofing coating.
